In the face of the great challenges of the 21st century, JUA University is training a new generation of builders of territorial prosperity, capable of inventing the professions, solutions, and development models that will create a more resilient, more inclusive, more competitive, and sustainable Africa.
The future is built starting today.Climate upheavals, economic shifts, social challenges, and the rapid evolution of territories are profoundly transforming society’s needs. New professions are emerging, while others are reinventing themselves. Now more than ever, the world needs women and men capable of thinking differently, acting collectively, and sustainably transforming territories.
The jobs of tomorrow start todayThey require much more than technical skills:They require a systemic vision, an innovative mindset, the ability to mobilize communities, and to design solutions that reconcile economic development, social justice, ecosystem preservation, and the enhancement of cultures..
It is with this perspective that JUA University, in partnership with Gaia Education, is organizing its 2nd international webinar on Friday, August 14, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM (Kinshasa time), to present its Master’s Program in Holistic Development, an internationally certified training designed to prepare leaders for the sustainable transformation of territories.
Holistic development considers the territory as a living system where the economy, society, environment, and culture are closely interconnected. This approach allows for understanding challenges as a whole and designing sustainable solutions that are adapted to local realities and the aspirations of communities.
Structured around the four fundamental dimensions of Gaia Education — Social, Ecological, Economic, and Cultural (Worldview) — this program develops skills that can be directly applied to emerging professions in ecological transition, territorial development, local governance, regenerative economy, impact entrepreneurship, community resilience, ecosystem restoration, climate project management, and social innovation.
JUA University stands out for its action-based pedagogy. It does not just train graduates; it trains builders of territorial prosperity: solution designers, community mobilizers, impact entrepreneurs, facilitators of territorial dynamics, and leaders capable of supporting economic, social, ecological, and cultural transformations.
Beyond a diploma, this Master’s program offers a new way of learning, acting, and practicing one’s profession. It prepares participants to create value for communities, stimulate local economies, develop innovative initiatives, and contribute concretely to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals. It trains professionals capable of transforming territories into spaces of prosperity, cooperation, innovation, and resilience.
The webinar will provide an opportunity to discover the program’s content, its educational approach, the skills developed, the professional prospects it offers, as well as the admission procedures. Participants will also be able to interact with the program coordinators and get their questions answered.
This meeting is intended for students, professionals, entrepreneurs, researchers, program managers, civil society organizations, local authorities, public institutions, businesses, as well as anyone wishing to contribute to the building of a more sustainable future.
Participation is free, with prior registration required in order to receive the connection link to the Jitsi Meet platform.
